# 2026 Video Review Board

This board turns the July 2026 YouTube batch into research queues. It is not a primary evidence layer. Video captions and creator commentary are used to identify records, names, dates, and claims that need independent confirmation.

## Handling Rules

- Official records, court filings, DOJ/FBI/Congress releases, and source images outrank video commentary.
- Creator-led claims are leads until a primary or credible secondary source supports them.
- Living-person claims require cautious wording, response context, and exact source links.
- High-sensitivity claims involving graves, reproductive technology, minors, intelligence allegations, or blackmail require official or documentary corroboration before publication as findings.
- Full third-party captions are not republished in this July batch; the site links to summary notes.

- What remains allegation, interpretation, or an open lead?
